At Aspen Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing products. Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Custom Orders

All products printed by Aspen Prints are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. For this reason:

  • Custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started

  • Orders cannot be canceled after printing has begun

We strongly recommend reviewing all artwork, sizes, colors, and specifications carefully before approving your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged or defective product

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, Aspen Prints may offer a reprint, repair, or replacement, depending on the situation.

3. Incorrect Orders

If Aspen Prints made an error in printing (incorrect size, material, or print quality not matching the approved proof), we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no additional cost.

If the error is due to incorrect information, files, or approvals provided by the customer, refunds or reprints may not be available.

4. Color Variations

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to:

  • Differences between screen displays and printed materials

  • Material types and finishes

Such variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Aspen Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
